How many toilets does a job site need? The OSHA construction sanitation standard, 29 CFR 1926.51, requires at least one toilet for a crew of 20 or fewer. Most facilities can be reserved up to a year out. Bigger events downtown or in the street go through the City’s Center City Development & Operations Special Events Division.
